Gwendolyn Anello
Grants Consultant
For 16 years, Gwendolyn has served as a consultant to regional and national companies, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations for fundraising through grants, sponsorships and business development services domestically and abroad. She researches opportunities, develops strategies, writes proposals, and formulates and executes comprehensive result-oriented programs. She has helped generate more than $30 million in federal and state grants, philanthropic donations, sponsorships and market development for new products and programs, with particular success for economic development, science, education and energy projects.
Prior to opening her consulting firm, she served in executive capacities at several not-for-profits, where she honed her skills across business development, community relations and fundraising. Success in securing millions of dollars in public and private cash and support is the result of a philosophy of prescriptive and responsive communication backed by research, creativity, follow-up and extensive business networks. The firm’s services revolve around well-researched communications programs that convince targeted audiences and produce results. In addition to managing entire proposal processes, she also coordinates teams and has given sponsored seminars to community organizations.
